Little House In Tha Valley LLC is a privately held, for profit limited liability company organized under the laws of the District of Columbia.
Operations include:
- Property oversight and operational management
- Routine and preventative maintenance coordination
- Vendor and contractor management
- Utilities coordination
- Cleaning and sanitation oversight
- Grounds upkeep and property standards enforcement
Residents are independent adults responsible for managing their own daily living activities, including medications, employment, transportation, and personal routines.
We not provide medical treatment, skilled nursing care, clinical services, or continuous supervision.
We welcome residents from diverse backgrounds. Many residents have prior military service; however, all housing is offered under private agreements and the company is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or funded by any government agency.
